Our Savior Lutheran Church is a member of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod (LCMS), and our Pastor Jay is the minister of the Lift High the Cross ministry.  We are also blessed to have our deacon, Pastor Phil Quarles, when he is not serving other congregations.

We accept the Holy Scriptures as the inspired Word of God, and subscribe to the Lutheran Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, and agree with the Doctrine outlined and adopted by the LCMS.

During worship services, we speak together a confession of our faith often using the Apostles Creed:

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
Was crucified, died and was buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.
From thence he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
The holy Christian Church,
The communion of saints,
The forgiveness of sins,
The resurrection of the body,
And the life everlasting.
